At cocoglow skincare we operate a no refund policy which means that exchanges, returns & refunds are not acepted. Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse and orders have been processed we will not acept any further changes such as exchanges, refunds & returns.

Cocoglow skincare is a UK based company and is not responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties or any additional fees charged by local economies.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Cocoglow skincare is not responsible for Country Import fees or any delays due to customs.

Customer responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping address will be processed. If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our warehouse. If we have to reship your order you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

 Lost / Missing Deliveries

If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please check for missing packages with the carrier file a claim with the courier prior to contacting us. Be sure to note your claim number upon contacting us. If your domestic, UK delivery, has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 10 days or more

(not delivered within 10 business days) please contact our customer care.
International delivery: if its over 30 business days and you still have not received your order please check with your local courier with the necessary tracking details in order to file a claim.
